Process Engineer (Laser/Inspection) Fluent in Korean

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• PQTF: Setup Laser process and make sure sampling done as setup
• PQTF: Setup Dicing process and make sure sampling done as setup
• PQTF: Setup final rinse process and make sure sampling done as setup
• PQTF: Help related teams to setup automation
• PQTF: Help related teams to setup quality system
• PQTF: Create process guidelines to meet the customer’s development
• Join meeting to understand overall capability of processes

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record of leadership and management in a substrate for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Excellent critical and analytical thinking
• Excellent problem-solving skill and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Good understanding of process Laser/Dicing/Final rinsing
• Good understanding of the specification of product
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English and Korean
   

QUALITIFICATIONS:

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
   

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in physics, optics, electronics, or a related field
   

EXPERIENCE:

• 0+ years of Engineering experience in the substrate field for semiconductor manufacturing
