
Lamination Engineer
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Equipment set up & Maintenance & Cleaning - related to the Lamination process
- Equipment operation & initial action for machine error - Vacuum laminator, Pick & Place, Dispensing, CMP
- Raw Materials evaluation & development – ABF, Dispensing Ink, DFSR, PI Tape, etc. Conduct technical meeting with materials companies
- Establishment of standard documents - Work standards, Process specifications, etc
- Failure mode analysis : related to Lamination process - X-section, various measurement, etc
- Response to customer issues - Root cause analysis, Improvement plan, etc
- Improvement of process problems - Based on DOE analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of teamwork and management.
- Excellent problem-solving skill and ability to make data-driven decisions.
QUALITIFICATIONS:
- In-depth technical knowledge of relevant processes and industry
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor of science in Engineering (Major: materials / electronics / electrical / mechanical)
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of engineering experience in the semiconductor industry preferred, but not required
