Role Overview

As a Test Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers to develop and implement robust, cost-effective test solutions for high-performance semiconductor products. You’ll gain hands-on experience with advanced test equipment, automation frameworks, and data analysis tools while contributing to the full product lifecycle—from design validation to production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automated test solutions using industry-standard platforms and scripting languages.
  • Operate and maintain mixed-signal and RF test equipment (e.g., signal generators, spectrum/network analyzers, oscilloscopes).
  • Analyze test data using statistical tools and present findings through clear technical reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues.
  • Support the development of test plans, fixtures, and documentation for new product introductions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship (required for defense-related projects).
  • Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals, circuit analysis, and measurement techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as CPython, or C#.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to aerospace and defense systems and standards (e.g., MIL-STD-1553, DO-254).
  • Experience with test automation platforms such as NI LabVIEWTestStandLabWindows/CVI, or Keysight OpenTAP.
  • Knowledge of RF/microwave and mixed-signal test methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present technical content effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
