Job Summary:
Technica USA, an EMC Group company, is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to support customers across North America. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair advanced manufacturing equipment while providing exceptional on-site technical support. This position offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, opportunities to work directly with industry-leading customers, and extensive travel throughout North America. Job Details:
- Install, commission, and qualify equipment at semiconductor and high-tech customer sites, and provide customer training.
- Provide on-site technical support, including equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and process improvement.Perform equipment testing, calibration, and root cause analysis to ensure optimal system performance.
Requirement and education:
- New graduates are welcome (0–2 years of experience)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Equivalent technical training or relevant hands-on experience will also be considered
- Eligibility to work in the United States or willingness to relocate is a plus
Languages:
- English (Mandarin is a plus)
