Accounting Specialist (Cost Accounting / AR / Treasury)

Arlon is located in Rancho Cucamonga, California and is a major manufacturer of specialty high performance laminate and prepreg materials for use in a wide variety of PCB (printed circuit board) applications.

Arlon specializes in thermoset resin technology including polyimide, high Tg multifunctional epoxy, and low loss thermoset laminate and prepreg systems. These resin systems are available on a variety of substrates including woven glass and non-woven aramid. Typical applications for these materials include advanced commercial and military electronics such as avionics, semiconductor testing, heat sink bonding, High Density Interconnect (HDI) and microvia PCB’s (i.e. in mobile communication products).

Our facility employs state of the art production equipment engineered to provide cost-effective and flexible manufacturing capacity allowing us to respond quickly to customer requirements while meeting the most stringent quality and tolerance demands. Our manufacturing site is ISO 9001: 2008 registered, and through rigorous quality control practices and commitment to continual improvement, we are dedicated to meeting and exceeding our customer’s requirements.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Specialist to join our U.S. Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for cost accounting, accounts receivable, treasury operations, and other general accounting activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support accurate financial reporting, maintain effective internal controls, and contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Perform cost accounting activities, including standard cost maintenance, inventory valuation, manufacturing cost analysis, and cost variance analysis.
• Process Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, cash application, customer collections, and account reconciliation.
• Handle treasury and cash management activities, including payment processing, bank reconciliation, and daily cash transactions.
• Support month-end closing, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure accurate financial information.

【Qualifications】

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA certification is a plus.
