Precision Test Intern - Summer 2024

Product Line “High Performance Analog” has a wide variety of precision products spanning analog to digital converters, digital to analog converters, real time clocks, I2C -I3C hub / controllers, general purpose input output expanders, temperature sensors and level shifters. This is a truly mixed signal product line which is at the core of NXP’s Advanced Analog business line which brings “Digital to life”. This is a fast paced wok environment. We have a very experienced global Test and Bench Engineering team.

 

Job Summary:

  • Validate designs and applications in a bench environment to characterize performance over temperature.
  • Develop test methodology on Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Analyze collected data, draw conclusion and propose / define next steps for debug.
  • Learn the New Product Introduction.
  • Work with key partners (Design, Bench, Applications, Product Engg, ATE, PCB design, Quality).

 

Job Qualifications:

  • BSEE or MSEE
  • Any bench and / or ATE and / or DfT experience is a plus
  • Desired keywords : Bench, DMM, Oscilloscope, Power Supply, GPIB, Analog, Lab setup, Circuit, Python, C++, LabVIEW, TestStand, ATE, Tester, Advantest, Teradyne,
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic personality who is willing to absorb / learn
  • Specifically looking for students at ASU who have completed/are taking EEE 522: Radio Frequency Test
