Planning Analyst - 7265

Responsibilities:

  • Drive materials to meet commitment to customer schedule and Revenue targets
  • Proactive in identifying risk & Opportunities to meet revenue plan, customer delivery commits.  Work with cross functional team to mitigate risk to supply commits.
  • Monitor customer demand / Supply change and work with Business Unit team to provide recommendation to meet changes in business demand
  • Engage Business Unit & Global Planning team for prioritization during tight capacity situation to meet customer requirements
  • Ensure SAP planning parameter (Lead time / Build strategies / planning time Fence etc..) are regularly updated
  • Support dynamic change in demand & manage supply bottleneck with cross functional team (Work center planning/ Sourcing / Factory PC/ Engineering)
  • Ensure KPI metrics like On Time Delivery, Inventory turns, and work order Cycle times are met
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure that bill of materials, build documents, and factory capacity are aligned to meet product delivery schedules.

 

Requirements: 

  • Recent college grad with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Preferred to see formal training in analytical/visualization tools like Power BI, Spotfire, and/or SQL/Python exposure.
  • An energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards
  • Flexible and able to function comfortably in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Effectively present information and responds to questions from managers, customers, suppliers, and employees.
  • This job requires a combination of weekly in office hours and the opportunity to work remote  (50 miles from office)
