Inside Sales Specialist
Reporting to the VP of Global Sales Operations, the Inside Sales Specialist position located in Billerica, MA is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter who thrives in working in a fast paced environment. This newly created position offers an opportunity to shape the longer-term structure of our inside sales program. The primary responsibilities are to expand the addressable market and drive incremental revenue for existing Entegris customers through cross selling and upselling. The Inside Sales Specialist will be expected to quicky learn what aspects business development plan are effective and provide feedback regarding aspects of the development plans that must be adapted.
The inside sales Specialist will be responsible for characterizing customer’s needs, creating quotes, following up on leads, and closing deals. This role will play a fundamental role in developing a sustainable Inside Sales program at Entegris.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with the Sales team to analyze historical customer sales and develop targeted sales campaigns for specific combinations of industries and products to increase market share and grow revenue
Fail fast and be flexible to try new approaches to growing revenue in an effort to help design scalable programs based on lessons learned
Understand customer requirements, pain points, and goals to tailor solutions to effectively meet customer needs
Develop product knowledge and the value proposition for the products that they are selling
Track all opportunities and customers contacts in the Opportunity Management System to ensure a clear pipeline status, actions taken, and next steps to close the opportunity
Develop a strong rapport and high level of trust with assigned customers
Ensure that when large scale opportunities are identified that they are seamlessly transitioned to an outside account manager.
Create and follow up on customer quotes. Work closely with customers to close deals and achieve sales target
Meet or exceed goals and objectives established by leadership
Learn and stay informed regarding competitive products
Ensure strong collaboration with our Sales Channel Partners to a have well defined go to market plan for specific customers as not to confuse customers regarding their support model

BA/ BS Degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office business applications
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
