Inspection Engineer

Position: PROCESS TEHCNOLOGY TEAM, INSPECTION ENGINEER

Location: COVINGTON, GA

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operation and process management of inspection and metrology equipment
• Inspection/metrology recipe setup with design data and spec management
• Review and in-depth analysis of inspection and measurement results
• Own engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting and attain performance target
• Participate cross-organizational team of engineers to identify root cause and failure analysis 
• Support standardization of recipes and establish SOPs through concrete engineering
• Perform statistical process control tasks through the use of statistical tools 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of vision or optical inspection systems based on imaging processing and optics
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Optics Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or similar disciplines       
• Familiar with semiconductor integration processes
• Effective organizational, interpersonal, and strong communication skills are required
• Analytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• semi-conductor fabrication experience or education is required
• Experience with inspection and metrology equipment or processes preferred
• Knowledge on 2D and 3D optics preferred 

QUALITIFICATION:

• Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meeting commitments
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• ability to be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others

EDUCATION :

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, physical, electrical Engineering

EXPERIENCE:

•  1 year experiences in Semiconductor industry preferred but not required
