As a Quality Systems and Business Transformation Specialist at Qorvo, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and growth. You will be part of the Quality, reporting to the Senior Director of Quality and collaborating with various teams, including Business Units, Global Operations, Finance and IT.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of current Quality business processes and identify areas for improvement and transformation.
• Develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and action plans to drive successful transformation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create project plans.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide timely solutions and recommendations.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on new processes and technologies.
• Measure and track the impact of transformation initiatives and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in business administration, management, or a related field and bachelors degree in engineering preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with quickly learning Quality business systems and how those systems integrate with other processes
• Experience with SAP, business process re-engineering, process mapping, and workflow analysis is preferred.
