RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ownership as equipment engineer of a specific tool set for sustainment of daily operations
- Drive continuous improvement activities on hardware, maintenance, and overall operation
- Train and support maintenance technicians
- Work with and lead cross functional team of process engineering, maintenance, and production
- Interface with vendors and contractors for new tool installation, upgrades, and qualification
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent military / field experience
- Collaborative, team player, working effectively in small teams to drive improvements
- Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency required
- Able to work off-hours as needed
- Strong communication skills to convey technical instructions and concepts, both verbally and written
- Ability to collect and analyze data is desired
- Able to navigate multiple projects and flexible to changing priorities
- Experience with any of the following equipment/tools is desired: ASML,Vacuum Systems, Photolithography
