RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Responsible for module level design and integration of PAs, LNAs, switches and filters into highly compact multi-chip modules (MCM)
- Thorough understanding of ADS and EM tools such as HFSS and Momentum and how they apply to laminate based modules
- Conducting peer reviews of designs, including expected and/or actual results
- Writing regular updates on design/evaluation status
- Committed engineer able to execute to an aggressive schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSEE degree required; MSEE or PhD preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in Module design.
- Expert or high proficiency in ADS and HFSS or other EM tools
- Understanding of WiFi and Bluetooth protocols and frequency bands of operation
- Strong background in various linear and nonlinear simulation techniques and simulators
- Capable of refining simulation results to achieve excellent predictability with the goal of first pass success
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
