DESCRIPTION:
- Analyzes, plans, and initiates all required internal Fab Production Control planning actions weekly and monthly to ensure on-time delivery of work results to internal & external Customers.
- Responsible for master scheduling of factory starts, weekly reporting, bottleneck analysis, SAP error corrections & material data verifications.
- Ability to work with Production Planner, Prototype Planners, and Engineers on specific lot start demand signals to minimize start delays.
- Follows up and expedites materials as needed to meet internal requirements and product OTD ( On Time Delivery) to external Customers.
- Analysis, monitor, and communicate with Sourcing & Buyers to maintain proper levels of raw materials and part number specific consumables to meet NC Fab Operations start and outs objectives.
- Proactively identifies and resolves issues that would delay material movement, production schedules or result in significant detrimental financial impact to Fab Operations or a project. Involves other departments and management, when necessary, to resolve issues.
- Project Mgt. - handle administrative tasks ( managing and coordinating small project schedules and goals) as assigned by Fab PC Manager that benefit NC Fab Operations objectives. With opportunities to expand into management of larger Fab projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA degree in Business (Recent College Graduate), studying Operations and Supply Chain Mgt. or related field, plus relevant internship experience is a plus
- 0-2 years of experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Prefer to see formal training in analytical/visualization tools like Power BI, Spotfire, and/or SQL/Python exposure.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- APICS Certification is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, suppliers, and employees.

- Self-motivated and organized
- This job requires weekly in office hours ( M - F : 8am to 5pm) and the opportunity to work remote occasionally.
