Mass Market Sales

Responsibilities:
1.       Accountable for development and execution of sales/business plan for Mass Market via Distributor in Greater China region
2.      Collaborates with Regional Sales Team to drive distribution strategies at branch level. Effectively manage sales target involves Revenue, Demand Creation metric and Customer Count based on company strategic request
3.      Effectively manage distribution partner and its resources to drive demand creation activity with regular tracking. Extend NXP footprint by developing potential new customers
4.      Fully understand NXP product and strategy, collaboration with BU/BL internally to create demand with customers by offering awareness, value proposition and cross-sell among solutions portfolios

Requirements:
1.       Typically requires BS/MS degree in EE related field
2.      Excellent communication skill, possess the gravitas to develop and maintain positive relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
3.      Strategy thinking, result-oriented personality. Must have the ambition & attitude to achieve business target
4.      Proactive and self-motivated to drive business. Sensitive of market intelligence
5.      Willing to take challenge, in positive thinking of problem solving
6.      Fluent in both Mandarin/English
