Package Data Administrator

Role Summary:

• Package Innovation is responsible for product, technology, and process development of NXP Semiconductor’s product packaging solutions.
• The Innovation Operations team provides technical documentation and software systems support for Package Innovation.

Job Responsibility:

• Create and maintain SharePoint websites with a focus the end user experience.
• Administer SharePoint content and site structures ensuring data is easily accessible and securely maintained.
• Automate data reports through the use of tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Develop automated processes to clean and integrate datasets from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with global team to automate reporting of key data and performance metrics.
• Explain complex technical information to management and non-technical teams through the use of tools such as Power Query and PowerBI.
• Participate in governance process for developing standardized business processes.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or a related field.
• Experience designing and deploying SharePoint websites, lists, and libraries.
• Understanding of SharePoint architecture, functionality, and design.
• Experience working with Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a global team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, and JavaScript preferred.

Familiarity with scripting in Python and/or Java.
