Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in one or more aspects of the design flow of highly integrated RF FEM which includes, but is not limited to, common RF blocks such as power amplifiers, LNAs, switches, filters, couplers, and full module integration
- Designing multi-chip modules, integrating multiple technologies
- Designing and running detailed circuit and EM simulations using RFIC EDA tools (e.g. Keysight ADS, Cadence) to accurately predict performance of final product
- Implementing RF integrated circuits including layout of all active and passive circuit elements, along with design verification (design rule checking and layout-versus-schematic)
- Planning and supporting test and measurement for evaluation of prototype designs. Documenting and summarizing design data to support team members
