Technical Program Managent Co-Op - Spring 2025

The Role:
Our site in Billerica is seeking a Technical Program Management (TPM) Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.


• Learn to work across functions in a global environment in one of the largest and fastest growing Divisions at Entegris
• Learn and apply relationship, trust, and influence-building skills across teams and leadership
• Develop general management skills and learn about functions beyond your core area of education / experience
• Candidate is able to gain hands-on experience in technical program management and project coordination within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.


What You’ll Do:

• Review of our revenue performance by utilizing our enterprise resource planning software and our portfolio management software to identify where potential gaps are present.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Finance/Product Management/R&D/NPI/Applications)
• Review of project budget to analyze trends and compare them to various project metrics
• Work with Senior Program Manager and share findings and proposed next steps with senior leadership
• Review current budget request template and make improvements to improve efficiency on how data is gathered/entered
• Develop a project plan for a new project segment by identifying:
• roadmap from R&D --> Development
• scope and expected deliverables
• how budget will be developed
• required milestones at each phase/gate
• required resources and stakeholders
• Opportunity to work closely with Senior Program Manager on a high priority project
• Provide administrative support to the TPM team as needed, for coordinating project-related activities.

What We Seek:

• Eager to learn about various aspects of program management including:
• How to scope a new program structure
• Review financial metrics of a project
• Estimating budgets
• Identify opportunities for improvement within PMO procedures
• Fluent in MS office suite (word/excel/powerpoint)
• Power BI is a plus
• Data driven mindset
• Able to work with cross functional teams
• Enthusiastic about project and program management
• Willing to learn new skills outside of day-to-day PMO tasks
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Strong interest in becoming a project/program manager
• Managed complex projects in an Academic setting
• The attitude of getting the job done

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

• Candidate is seeking an Engineering, Finance, Business degree
• Graduating in 2025 or 2026
