[Summer 2025] Product Engineering Intern

As a Product Engineering Intern you will be performing yield and process root cause analysis in order to satisfy the needs of our valued customers. All interns will be a part of a 10-week technical development program within our state-of-the-art semiconductor facilities. This program is designed to identify future engineering leaders of TSMC Arizona. The development program will offer valuable industry and functional insight. You will have the opportunity to have a mentor and learn from senior engineers and executives at the company. Example projects include identifying the process/quality “sweet spot” for maximum yield efficiency, in-depth layout analysis for further root cause hints, & electrical/physical failure analysis to locate suspected process stage.

What you will learn & how you will contribute:

You will learn to leverage your semiconductor fundamentals to better understand the failure mode and device behavior by communicating across different teams, cultures, & customers. You will also learn how to use industry-grade statistical analysis software in order to thoroughly identify process failures & automate data acquisition, which is vital to the semiconductor manufacturing process.
