About the Role

This HR Business Partner role is open to recent college graduates and will support our manufacturing operations in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will put your talent and education at work to impact the organization by helping to solve critical HR challenges. You will work with a knowledgeable and supportive HRBP team, who will be happy to have you bring fresh ideas to our highest priority HR projects and initiatives, exposing you to a variety of HR functions throughout the organization including University Relations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Systems and Employee Relations.

This will be an opportunity to see the full breadth of projects and responsibilities that make the HR function a strategic partner. This will bring continuous on-the-job leaning opportunities as you’ll develop into acting as an employee advocate and a coach to business leaders.

 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related strongly preferred - 3.0 minimum overall GPA
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Internship experience in a HR capacity  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to listen, gather information
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
  • Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others to solve problems and improve processes
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and ability to learn fast any HR management system
  • A sense of initiative and focus on achieving deadlines and results 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with peers and internal customers
  • Self-motivated with sound judgement
