The group’s sector focus includes: Apparel and Footwear, Beverages, Consumer Products, Food Service Distribution, Grocery Retail, Mass and Discount Retail, Packaged Food, Protein and Produce, Restaurants and Specialty Retail. Since 2012, the Consumer group has completed over 225 transactions valued at over $120 billion ─ ~$45 billion in advisory transactions, ~$54 billion in debt capital markets transactions and ~$24 billion in equity capital markets transactions. The team has recently completed transactions for Dave & Busters, FullBeauty Brands, Fogo de Chao, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Planet Fitness and Shake Shack among others.
Charlotte, North Carolina: Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging Group
Jefferies' Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging (REGAL) Group offers a full range of investment banking services to the Real Estate industry. Our diverse client base covers a broad spectrum of companies, including those in sectors such as Residential, Office, Industrial, Retail, Storage, Casino Operators, Leisure and Lodging. The REGAL Group consists of a team of approximately 24 bankers focused on providing services to clients in these industries in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
Charlotte, NC: Aerospace, Defense & Government Group
Jefferies’ Aerospace, Defense & Government (ADG) group is comprised of approximately 20 professionals based in Charlotte and New York. The group’s sector expertise spans across Aviation, Aerospace, Defense and Government Services. Since 2005, the ADG group has completed over 210 advisory assignments with an aggregate value of over $45 billion.
