Summary of Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented New College Graduate to join our dynamic Finance team. This opportunity provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience through our rotational accelerator program that is designed to provide recent college graduates a comprehensive exposure to multiple areas throughout our Finance organization through various hands-on projects and initiatives.
Our Talent Accelerator Program is a 3-year program designed to develop and accelerate our future talent through on the job training, mentorship, and endless opportunities for professional growth. Through this period, you will participate in 3 (12-month) rotations across our finance organization. We offer two different rotation paths, Financial Management & Finance Functions.
What to expect in each this Rotational Program:
- Financial Management: An in-depth exposure to Manufacturing, Business and Corporate Finance
- Finance Functions: Exposure to Audit/Tax, Accounting/Treasury & Investor Relations
Upon successful completion of this talent accelerator program, you will be placed in one of our finance specialties that best suits your interests and capabilities.
Essential Responsibilities include:
- Participate and complete all assigned rotations and various projects throughout it.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, account balances, monitoring daily cash flow forecasts.
- Analyzing market trends.
- Build financial models to evaluate business cases scenarios and provide guidance on strategic direction.
- Contribute to various projects and initiatives as needed, collaborating with different departments within the company.
- Prepare and present reports on market research findings, performance, and other relevant metrics.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education – Graduating with Bachelors in Finance or related field from an accredited degree program.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior related internship or co-op experience.
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong planning & organizational skills

Expected Salary Range
$46,100.00 - $82,300.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
