Process Engineer (SR Pretreatment, Lami, Exposure, Develop, Cure)

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create process detail specification
• Set up SVM equipment (PO sec/buy-off/FAT and report)
• Oversee material evaluation & selection 
• Execute cost analysis and make an improvement plan
• Supervise process capability and study and regular report
• Direct DOE for capability improvement
• Set up FMEA, CP, OCAP, APQP and standard document for customer qualification
• Perform Failure Analysis and continuous yield improvement
• Follow up for qualification sample build
• Manage Patent applications 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent and proven personnel management skills
• In-depth technical knowledge of relevant process and industry
• Proven track record of leadership and management in a substrate for semiconductor manufacturing
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

QUALITIFICATIONS:

• Strong critical and analytical thinking
• Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering

EXPERIENCE:

• 0 + years of engineering experience in the semiconductor industry
